Education + Training

Copy of DSC_0122 (1).jpg

We all know the world is changing faster than ever, and yet no matter the pressures we face we are expected to manage ourselves and our responsibilities competently.

We are struggling, but there is a way through.

Most of today's challenges are the outcomes of yesterday’s solutions. This means that overcoming these challenges requires a new way of looking at the world.

One that allows us to see beyond our immediate needs and understand how everything is connected. This is called systems thinking and is at the heart of Eco-Social Regenerative Design, a nature-based method that gives us the skills and tools to efficiently respond to a rapidly changing world with ethical solutions that stand the test of time.

Nature has been solving problems for a long time and the patterns and principles that guide our world are well understood when we bother to look. With a little training, anyone can learn Regenerative Design principles and begin to use them in their business, organization, projects, and life.

WHAT CAN ONE PERSON DO?

A Guide to Changing the World

by Starting with Yourself

The individual is the starting place for all action and change, but it can be hard to know where to begin.  You will learn the three key areas of systems change and easy tools anyone can use to start their personal plan of action.

Intro to EcoSocial Design

The foundation to the ecosystem

This hands-on, interactive workshop introduces participants to the Conscious Leadership, Ecological Literacy, and Systems Thinking skills and tools that make up the holistic approach of Eco-Social Design.

Deep Listening

Harnessing the Power of an Open Mind, an Open Heart, and an Open Will for Skillful Problem Solving

Without the ability to truly listen and feel into a situation, we can never hope to fully understand it.  Without the ability to put aside our personal desires and ego, we can never create solutions that work for all.  Deep Listening is the first step to developing the understanding and creativity needed to solve today’s complex problems.

Principles based Practice

A Practical Approach to Shifting Organizational Culture

Creating intentional change in the complex environments of business, education, and other organizations and movements is one of the biggest challenges that leaders face – often we are dependent on trial-and-error experiments with steep learning curves and high stakes. But through skillful observation of what has worked in similar situations and meaningful dialogue with our stakeholders, we can arrive at principles that can  guide our collective behavior towards our intended outcomes and fast-track our change efforts.
